HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FOR A SERVICE ENGINEER TO ARRIVE

We work normal business hours, Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm. When you place your service request, our office will contact you and arrange a suitable time to service your shower. A request placed outside of business hours will be processed the next working day.

CAN MY SHOWER BE REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY

Yes, but it depends on the brand and age of the shower. When we get your call, we will be able to determine if your shower is in warranty or not.

MY SHOWER TYPE IS NOT LISTED ON YOUR HOME PAGE

We service all popular showers, including Mira, Roca, Santon, Bristan, Heathrae Sadia, Triton, Atlantic, Monsoon, and Stuart Turner. However, if your shower brand is not listed, please send in a request anyway as we may still be able to help.
